The “Buddy” System

As a new team member, you may be assigned a “Buddy”. This person is usually an employee who has already been with the company for some time and holds the same job as you.  Your “Buddy” will give you a job orientation and answer all of your questions about the daily routines of your job. This person is there to help you. Do not be afraid to ask if you do not know something. Everyone was new once!
