Management Training Program

Please note that the  SACS / Cordelia 24 Week Management Training Programme is the intellectual property of the Apollo Group and must not be distributed externally.

The Cordelia Management Training is a 24 -week Program  that has been specifically designed to:

• Provide a fully rounded practical experience of all departments
• Challenge each candidate on their management skills and approach to problem situations
• Provide “take-over” management experience and responsibility of key departments
• Promote self-reflection and discussion

Note

The candidate will work a minimum of 8 hours with additional 2 hours for review and reflection and reporting/ or if in the operation, hours as required for the delivery – Max 10 hours per day as per ILO regulations.

The candidate will attend all drills and mandatory training as required throughout the management development period
