Getting To The Ship

After clearing Customs and Immigration at the airport of your final destination, you will be met by a representative of SACS that is usually the appointed local port agent. Please ensure your recruitment agency provides you with a copy of the port agent contact information. Agents are usually visible at the airport exit holding a sign with your name and/or the name of the ship or company. The agent is responsible for transferring you to the ship or to a hotel if an overnight hotel stay is required.
