OXIVIR FIVE 16 - Disinfectants/Sanitizers

A one-step disinfectant cleaner based on proprietary Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide (AHP®) technology to deliver fast, effective cleaning performance.

At 1:16 dilution, disinfects Virucide, bactericide, fungicide, mildewcide and non-food contact sanitizer. Kills MRSA, Norovirus and Canine parvovirus.

* for SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 virus) 1:64 dilution will be used with 5 min. contact time

For use on hard, inanimate, non-porous surfaces such as floors, walls, porcelain, and plastic surfaces 

Chlorine Bleach / Sodium Hypochlorite Solution - Disinfectants/Sanitizers

Chlorine bleach is formed by mixing water with the chlorine-based compound sodium hypochlorite.

Commonly used as either a whitening and disinfecting agent in laundry or an all-purpose disinfectant with broad applications.

To be used in Galleys and food service areas for food contact surfaces only

Sanitize with 50 – 200 ppm chlorine solution for at least 7 seconds contact time

** If there is an on-going SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 virus) outbreak on board a ship, then food contact and non-food contact surfaces at the food preparation areas should be disinfected with 0.1% (1000ppm) sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) (dilution 1:50, if household bleach is used, which is usually at an initial concentration of 5%) with 10 minutes contact time and then rinsed
