Adhere to the physical distancing rules implemented in the Crew Mess, Crew Bar, Restaurants and other recreation areas. Avoid handshakes, fist bumps, hugs and other greetings that bring you in close contact with others. Verbal greetings, head nods and hand waves are welcomed.
Wash your hands often throughout the day, whether you are at work or in your cabin. Wash your hands prior to going to areas where handwash sinks are not available (e.g. Crew Gym, Smoking room etc.) and use the provided hand sanitizer before entering and before leaving the venue
Cover your mouth when you cough with disposable tissue or paper. If not available, cover with the inside of your elbow. Always discard tissues or paper immediately, in the nearest waste bin. Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer if handwash sinks are not available.
Follow the established plans and procedures for cleaning and sanitation. Be familiar with the different cleaning and sanitizing products and the correct application and contact time for each product.
When and where required, wear a mask. Cover your mouth and nose with a mask and make sure there are no gaps between your face and the mask. Avoid touching the mask while using it; if you do, wash your hands or use the provided hand sanitizer, if handwash sinks are not available. Replace the mask with a new one as soon as it is damp and do not re-use single-use masks.
Take plenty of rest when you can. Resting allows your body to recover and boosts your immune system. Drinking plenty of non-alcoholic fluids (preferably water) and having nutritious meals will also help keeping your immune system at its best.
