Safety begins with YOU! – Going Ashore

Some areas may require people to wear masks at all times, while others may require masks only in enclosed spaces. Please ensure you carry your mask with you and  use it when and where required.

If you are approached or requested to submit to a temperature test, please comply. The local authorities may not be aware that you are subject to such checks frequently onboard and they are likely following the guidelines from their local health agencies. Please remain respectful and courteous towards the person requesting or performing the temperature check.

Hand sanitizer will likely be available in any store, restaurant or mall and we ask you to use them as often as you can, especially in areas where handwash stations are not available. Please ensure that you also thoroughly sanitize your hands upon returning to the ship, as this sets a good example for your colleagues and all our Guests. Remember to wash your hands as soon as you reach your cabin.

Whether you are in the park or in a store – watch out for the posted guidelines on social distancing and adhere to them. They are in place for everyone’s protection and comfort. If you notice that someone appears ill or has symptoms elated with COVID-19, leave the area immediately.
