As a crewmember of Cordelia Cruises, you represent our company and while you are in view of guests you are “on-duty”. This means that you have to take special care of the way you look, talk and behave, whether you are actually working or not.

Guidelines you should always follow:

  • Proper dress and uniforms must be worn at all times when on duty or in public areas.
  • It is the crew member’s responsibility to ensure that the uniform or private clothes are clean, smart, well-fitting and appropriate when in Guest areas.
  • Use positive body language when working or walking through passengers areas
  • In the event such uniforms or other company issued property are lost, damaged, or left at home, Cordelia Cruises reserves the right to deduct the replacement cost from the wages due to the crew member at the time of rejoining the vessel.
